Choose the image, click on it. You will see the fractal in full screen. Right click and "Save Image As...". It's done!
I work mostly with Mandelbulb and Apophysis
It depends on the complexity of the fractal, its parameters and the resolution. Normally about 20 minutes, sometimes 2 hours. And you have to have a decent hardware. With good computer, you can render 4k fractals in minutes.
